Master of Business Administration courses offer teachings about core competencies that are no longer needed, and frequently get in the way of unusual business, what society most needs. Relying on misguided case studies, the idea of a AACSB core is no longer relevant. A much more fluid, world becomes present. Greater relevance is now found in a small black book from 2005. Written by a philosophy professor at Princeton University – "On Bullshit" – it offers a doorway to understanding how times have changed. Arguments over truth are buried by networks of lies via using strategic deceit. 21st Century business is better served by: A) Seeing Strategic Thinking as a simple-minded version of 16th Century Faustian Deceit, B) Seeing that many ideas behind Leadership lead to Leadershit of organizations, C) Seeing how a lawyers misguided loyalty to what is written via "Legal Orders" needs to move to 21st Century "Negotiated Order," D) From Solid State Protecting of money, to Fluid Management of service.
